Millstone Riding Club is located in Allentown, NJ, directly across from the Horse Park of NJ and just off of Exit 11 on I-195.

We are a full service lesson and show stable specializing in Saddle Seat riding & driving instruction for all ages. We also offer training for all Saddle Seat breeds including American Saddlebreds, Morgans, Hackneys, Friesians, Arabians, Dutch Harness Horses and National Show Horses.

At MRC, we welcome those new to riding as well as veteran horse enthusiasts! With expert care, a state of the art facility and a large program of friendly riders, we ensure a quality experience for all of our clients and their horses.

BRITTANY WALDMAN

OWNER, TRAINER & RIDING INSTRUCTOR

Anne is a lifelong horsewoman, growing up surrounded by horses and horse people. Her first experience with training was on her family's Icestone Farm in northeast Pennsylvania. At Icestone, she had the opportunity to breed, show and train national champion Morgan horses and it is there that she discovered her love of teaching.

After 20 years in sales and sales management, Anne established her own stable and later began working with Saddlebred Rescue, where she trained, rehabilitated and assisted hundreds of rescued horses for their placement in new forever homes. Anne is excited to share her love of horses and horse showing with her clients at MRC.

RIDING INSTRUCTOR

Brittany grew up riding and caring for horses at Royal Crest Farm, which was owned and operated by her grandfather, Marty Waldman. Brittany has always loved horses and began riding in Lead Line around age 3 - just as soon as she could hold herself up! Her favorite division is 5-Gaited, which is challenging but thrilling and is the quintessential expression of the American Saddlebred.

Brittany hopes that through horses, her students will learn than they can do anything they set their minds to and she is excited to be able to bring along the next generation of riders. She always carrier her grandfather's motto with her: "When you trust in your horse, your horse will trust in you."

RIDING INSTRUCTOR

Anne's daughter, Julie, inherited the same love of horses as her mom and she, too, grew up in the barn, taking care of horses and always helping her mother's operation in any way she could. Having shown competitively her entire life, Julie's favorite division is Saddle Seat Equitation, where details and attitude matter the most!

During the time that Anne worked for Saddlebred Rescue, Julie acted as a volunteer to ride and help place rescued horses into their forever homes. This experience helped shape Julie's philosophy on riding; whether you are on a fancy show horse, or a rescued treasure, every horse is important and can teach us invaluable lessons in and out of the saddle.
